SM Star Baby 2012

Great prizes await the winner of this year’s SM Star Baby 2012! This contest starts from January 29, 2012 and will end on December 15, 2012. It is only valid at any Baby Company Outlets in all SM Department Stores.

How to join SM Star Baby 2012?

• First, this promo is open to all babies who are 18 months old and below. The babies must be a Filipino citizen in order to be qualified to join.
• The parents or guardians of the babies must be a member of Mom Card, SMAC or SM Prestige and must have an accumulated purchase of at least P5,000 at Baby Company in any SM Department Store.
• The purchase must include at least P500 worth of Pigeon and/or EQ Dry products within the promo duration.

If you have purchased at SM Hypermarket, Super SM branches including Baby Company stores at The Podium, The Power Plant Mall, The Annex SM North Edsa, Southmall, SM City Cebu, your purchases will not be accounted for.

You have to fill out a pre-registration form to begin tracking the qualifying amount worth P5,000. Once you have reached the required amount of purchase, the next thing to do is fill out the Star Baby Registration Form which you can get from any sales personnel at Baby Company. There are other things that must be included in the entry that you will submit such as the registration form, 2 best colored photos of your baby in 5R prints, certified true copy of birth certificate and a letter of authorization from parents or legal guardian.

You have to bring with you your baby when you submit your requirements for validation. All entries must be submitted per quarter. The first quarter is until March 31, 2012, the second quarter is until June 30, 2012, the third quarter is until September 30, 2012 and the last quarter is until December 15, 2012.

The winners for each quarter will be judged on January 27, 2013 and will become the Grand Winner of Star Baby 2012. The Star Baby Grand Raffle Winner will get one (1) Toyota Avanza(1.3 J 5-Speed M/T).
